By clicking “Buy Now” and processing your deposit, you agree to the following: You certify that you are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, can speak and write in English, and are able to lift at least 50 pounds. You must also pass a drug test, criminal background check and DMV check. You agree to the $300 class fee, which is paid in two equal installments: $150 initial payment must be paid prior to the start of the class, and guarantees your spot in the class that you choose. The $150 balance is due at the conclusion of the class. No refunds at any time. We accept cash, check, PayPal, Money Order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB). There will be a $30 service charge on checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. In the event of inclement weather or other issues requiring the cancellation of a scheduled class day, the class day will be rescheduled. A PCA Certificate will be awarded if 40 hours of classroom instruction has been completed, all tests have been passed, the RN Instructor approves of the award and if all payments have been made. Should a participant not meet these requirements, all fees will be forfeited.
